similar to what is commonly known as café americano, a long black is made from one part espresso coffee to two parts hot water. the espresso is added after the hot water to preserve the fine crema on top.

CappUCCINO 1 x

a traditional italian morning drink, a cappuccino is made of equal parts espresso coffee, steamed milk, milk foam and a dusting of cocoa. for a creamier drink ask for a wet cappuccino (more steamed milk and less foam) and for a stronger coffee, a dry cappuccino (more milk foam than steamed milk) creates a more intense flavour.

FlaT WHITE 1 x 2 x

a popular antipodean coffee drink, a flat white is similar in composition to a café latte with one part espresso coffee and two parts steamed milk but without the milk foam.

an espresso drink stained with a touch of milk, usually a spoonful of hot frothy milk.
