1. REVOLUTIONARY NESPRESSO CAPSULE SYSTEMAt the heart of the Nespresso system are the unique hermetically sealed capsules to guarantee the coffee’s freshness when you make your coffee. Each capsule contains the perfect portion of roasted and ground premium coffee to guarantee perfect espresso every time. This coupled with a unique extraction system specially adapted to capsules is designed to deliver the freshest tastes and aroma’s.

2. REMOVABLE MILK JUGDe’Longhi’s ingenious removable milk jug with IFD (Instant Frothing Device) technology provides the convenience of automatic frothing with easy storage. Simply press the self cleaning button after each use and place the jug in the fridge ready for the next time.

3. VARIETIESWith a distinctive choice of 16 premium coffee flavours, even the most refined taste buds are accommodated. The Nespresso range has 7 blends from around the world, 3 pure character espressos, while the Lungo range has an assortment of 3 premium coffees. Even decaffeinated coffee lovers are catered for with the Decaffeinato range of three coffee blends, (two espresso varieties and one Lungo variety).

ESPRESSO 1 X

The base of many coffee drinks including cappuccinos and café lattes, this delicious drink described as Italian black gold is made when hot water is forced through finely ground coffee at high pressure.

CAFÉ LATTE 1 X 2 X 1 X

Literally meaning coffee and milk, café latte is a traditionally only consumed at breakfast time in Italy. Made of one part espresso coffee, two parts steamed milk and half an inch of milk foam; this coffee drink suits those who prefer a milkier style of coffee.

LONG BLACK 1 X 2 X

Similar to what is commonly known as Café Americano, a long black is made from one part espresso coffee to two parts hot water. The espresso is added after the hot water to preserve the fine crema on top.

CAPPUCCINO 1 X

A traditional Italian morning drink, a cappuccino is made of equal parts espresso coffee, steamed milk, milk foam and a dusting of cocoa. For a creamier drink ask for a wet cappuccino (more steamed milk and less foam) and for a stronger coffee, a dry cappuccino (more milk foam than steamed milk) creates a more intense flavour.

FLAT WHITE 1 X 2 X

A popular Antipodean coffee drink, a flat white is similar in composition to a café latte with one part espresso coffee and two parts steamed milk but without the milk foam.

CAFÉ MACCHIATO 1 X 1 X

An espresso drink stained with a touch of milk, usually a spoonful of hot frothy milk.
