  • Dear EBs of AIESEC in Germany,

please keep reading. Do so as you dont want to start your second andthereby last national conference of your term with already missingout on this preface, right? In fact, we hope you are not going to missout any of the great moments lying in front of you next week. Wewish you to enjoy it to the fullest.

One of the great things in preparing such a conference is to imaginehow it will be like and seeing it already in front of your eyes. Howsomeone will run into the hallway shouting The first EB arrived!.How the OC will do the checkins with the early birds while waiting forthe ones still being stuck in a traffic jam. The hallway gets crowdedwith all the many hoodie colors and people are welcoming each other.Long time no see. While all of that is happening, as MC you arestanding together, charging your battery with the energy of yourteam, knowing that four fantastic days are lying ahead, yet hopingthat you took bold decisions, prepared the best sessions and simplydid it right. And then suddenly there is this one thought. The thought, that it is not dependent on you. Its on us. Its on all of us as oneAIESEC in Germany to make NatCo a true success.

NatCo will ask all of us to be open-minded, to be honest to ourselves,to be daring in finding solutions and to co-create this space. We havea lot of exciting topics on the table: the 2020 process, anextraordinary Y2B, functional tracks for you as experts, a Gala Nightto celebrate all together, spaces to reconnect to ourselves and ourambition. We have achieved a lot in the first half, we have learnedfrom flaws and failures and its now time to come together to leverageit. NatCo will be the space for us to shape the short and long termstrategy of the entity, to reconnect & recharge and to get ready forthe most amazing summer peak lying ahead of us. We havemomentum, AIESEC in Germany.

  • The theme Its on us is standing for a lot of things and should alwaysremind us that we can be this one generation that changed things forgood. Come as you are, be prepared as well as ready to move this entityforward. Our global context is giving us enough reasons to proceed andto aim even higher. How does it feel like to change the world? Well...you tell me, you do it every day, one exchange at a time.

We are so much looking forward to having all of you back in one room.Dont expect this conference to be great. Shape it so it will be.

    With #urgh,Your MC 1516

  • Hey, I'm Chiara. Im the Logistics OC, which means I'm responsible for everything you need to be at it's rightful place. So, if a pen is missing, you can scream at me. Yeeeahhh! I haven't been at AIESEC for too long, since I'm only 18 and have just started studying, but of course a person can grow a lot in one semester.I'm really excited for the NatCo II and to meet all of you guuuys.Lastly, I'll just add a random fact, that will make me seem totally cool (not): One of my class mates was in the One Direction Movie and for a whole school year he told literally everyone, he gave interviews, appeared in magazines and got free tickets for their concerts. Obviously, the little girls in my school all loved him. (Sooo interesting, I know)

Hey dear lovely Delegates! I am Alessa, 19 years old and I joined AIESEC at the beginning of this semester. At NatCo II 1016 I am the responsible for the Delegate Service. So you get all the e-mail from me and I love to answer all your questions. I am really looking forward to the conference and to meet all of you! Random fact: I have a twin brother, but nobody believes that, because we do not look the same.

    Meet the OC

  • Meet the OC

Hi, Im Sofia, 22 years old and Im responsible for finance.Im studying Economics at the university of Hamburg. I come from Italy and I have been an AIESECcer for almost one year. I love travelling and knowing new people from different countries.Random fact: I can not sleep without my pillow.

Hey , my name is Maxim and Im responsible for the raising. I joined AIESEC in May 2015 right to the NeCo in Bremen and it was awesome. I was already part of an OC and I was responsible for the delegate service. Im really exited for the NatCo and really looking forward to see and get to know you. And to round off a random fact about me, I like neither beer nor coffee, but let`s see if I will need those on the conference.

  • Meet the OC

Hey Sunshines,my name is Hannah and I am the Conference Manager for this Natco :)I am a 26-year-old, honest, optimistic, ironic and empathic woman. I love dancing in the rain, travelling to unknown places, cooking for friends and random chats with random people on the train. One of my biggest learning in

AIESEC was that the biggest enemy is myself. If you are annoyed by something or simply want to have something different- Be your own guest, because you have the power to change it!This fits perfectly to the Conference Motto "it's up to us" and I am really looking forward to see what you are making of it!

My name is Pia, Im 18 years old, and Im living in the most beautiful Hanseatic City in Germany - Hamburg! I love traveling the world, laughing, and challenging myself. This is also the reason I applied to be the OCP of NatCo II! I blame it on my Dad who was an AIESECer in Stuttgart - Hohenheim himself, haha. Im already super pumped about NatCoII being so close - whos with me? :-)
