One of the lies the enemy consistently tries to defeat me with is “You are alone.” It has been so sweet to have Jesus pursue me with the truth: Immanuel—God is with us! In a pursuit to redeem His children, the Father sent Jesus, the Son of God, the incarnate Word, to be born in flesh and blood, take on our humanity, and live among His people. This reality shat-ters the powers of darkness, causing His life, light, and love to penetrate my innermost being.

Where do you and I need the presence of Jesus with us this Christmas? Do you need wisdom? Jesus is your counselor, and He’s wonderful! Are you tired and do you face impossible situations? Jesus is your Mighty God! Do you need His nur-turing, protective love to heal and keep you safe? He is your Father, not just for Christmas, but for Everlasting!

Do you and your family need peace? Jesus is your Prince of Peace, and the government sits on His shoulders. Hallelujah! (Isaiah 8:6). All of what the world, our nation, our families, you, and I need is in the person of Jesus Christ. He is not aloof or far off—the eternal God is with us, and He longs to bring His presence into every situation that concerns us if we will look to Him and invite Him in. God has truly been with us as at Titus Women. He has heard your prayers and used your giving to impact eternity. The following pages share how God has been with us in 2012 and where He’s leading us in 2013. Let’s praise Him together. This Christmas may you be encouraged knowing God is with us - Immanuel!

God is with us“The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel” – which means, “God with us.”

~ Matthew 1:23

Our MessageJesus is our Savior, whose blood cleanses us from all our sin and unrighteousness. He longs to become the center of our lives and the source of all we need through the indwelling presence of His Holy Spirit. His abiding presence purifies our hearts and wills, enabling us to love God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength – holy unto the Lord. (1 Corinthians 1:7-9; 2 Corinthians 13:14; 2 Peter 1:3)

Our MethodWe believe God has led us to enact our mission through eight areas of strategic focus. None operate independently, and each de-rives its vision and purpose from Jesus as our Savior, Center, and Source (1 Corinthians 12:5). They are as follows:• Come to the Fire Partnership • Resources• Local Retreats and Conferences • Holy Hearts for the Next Generation• Lydia Prayer • Titus Women International• Discipleship • Teacher Training Institute

Our MissionTitus Women is a fellowship of women who know the joy of living in daily communion with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Our desire is to invite women around the world to know Jesus as their Savior, Center, and Source. (1 John 1:3,7)

Our ModelOur model for ministry comes from Titus 2:3-5, where scripture instructs the older women in the faith to train the younger women by word and example.

We’ve been amazed this year by Jesus’ faithfulness in providing for our financial needs. Many of you have contributed gener-ously, and we are so grateful. Because you’ve stood with Titus Women financially, we’re finishing the year strong. Thank you for listening as the Holy Spirit prompts you to give. Your gifts have been used almost exclusively to fund ministry, with a small part (6%) going toward fundraising. (“Fundraising” includes the administrative cost of maintaining our database and mailing donor receipts.)

What's AheadAdvent reminds us our God is faithful. The One who came through on His promise and sent the long-awaited Messiah is the same One who led Titus Women through 2012 and is leading still. As we look ahead to 2013, we can’t help but be filled with joyful anticipation.

Already we have retreats and conferences scheduled: not the least of which is our annual Discipleship Summit, which will be held April 19-21 in Wilmot, Ohio (check the web site for more details). We’re looking forward to partnering again with Come to the Fire for this fall’s conference in Holland, Michigan (October 17-19). Perhaps most exciting are the international opportuni-ties. Even now, preparations are being made for a Titus team to minister in Paraguay March 3-9, where we’ll be facilitating retreats for both missionaries and nationals.

We’re excited about new plans and ideas for books, Bible Studies, and an updated web presence. We’re think-ing through what it means to have a voice in a culture whose ideas of what it means to be a woman are con-fused at best. We’re asking Jesus to

give us the right people in the right places to accomplish His work. And we can’t wait to see what else is on God’s heart that we don’t even know about yet.

We’re dreaming big because Jesus is leading us into wider places—drawing us even closer to His heart and His mission. But we can’t do it alone: we need you. You have a vital part in what God is doing in Titus Women.

PrayWe can’t begin to say how important your prayers are. Over the last year, the Holy Spirit has moved in ways that are only possible because women around the world were praying. Keep it up! We’d love to know if you’re willing to stand with Titus Women by praying regularly.

HostIf you’d like to be involved on the ground level of Titus Women, please pray about leading or hosting a Bible Study, Lydia Prayer Group, or even a retreat. We’d love to help you get started and have resources ready for you. Be sure to contact us for more information or with questions.

How You Can Be a Part

GiveFrom staff costs to paper for handouts, it takes money to make the ministry run. We’re entirely supported by the generosity of women and men who see Jesus at work in the ministry of Titus Women, and we’re grateful for every gift He enables.
