Mission
Two-year Full-Time MBA program is designed to meet the following Program
Educational Objectives:
PEO 1: Graduates of the Management program will have conceptual knowledge,
to adapt to the rapidly changing environment, learn new skills and demonstrate
application of management principles in a professional work setting.
PEO 2: Graduates will apply appropriate tools for decision making required for
solving complex managerial problems in the local or global context.
PEO 3: Graduates of the Management program will exhibit integrity, social
responsibility, and teamwork.
PEO4: Graduates will exhibit ethics, communication skills, leadership qualities and
entrepreneurial mindset using creativity and innovation.

A guest lecture was conducted for studentsof MBA Department on September 12,2019The speaker was Mr. Diwakar Goel, Red GM,Airport Authority of India Ltd. Mr. Goelemphasized the role of HR to bring changein the current industry scenario.
A guest lecture on Digital Marketing fromMr. Amit Tiwari from LeLogixs Design wasorganized for management students on8th March 2019.

Noida conducted its HR Conclave2019 - "Industry awareness meet on Apprenticeship Training Scheme" on Oct 12,2019 at its campus in collaboration with Board of Apprenticeship Training (NorthernRegion) under MHRD. Prof. (Dr) D.S. Chauhan, Chairman, BOAT (NR); Mr. S.K. Mehta,Director, BOAT (NR); Mr. A.K. Srivastava, Deputy Director, BOAT (NR)Mr. Raman Batra - Executive Vice President, NIET Dr. Vinod Kapse, Director- NIET,graced the event with their presence. 200+ Human Resource (HR) representativesfrom varied private and government organizations also witnessed this mega event.

Trip to Dubai
Students of MBA were taken for an educational trip to Dubai in 27/07/2019 to1/08/2019 accompanied by Executive Vice President Mr. Raman Batra, HOD of MBAMs. Resham & M, Mr. Imran. The students were enthralled to visit Gulf Islamic InvestmentsCafé More, Emirate Transformers and switch gears, and Skyline University. It was a richand exciting visit for our students.

the year 26 companies visited NIET for placement and 40 were off campus drive.
