Dear St. Andrew Catholic School Parents/Guardians, We have been busy over the summer months preparing for this very different and challenging year. This year, we will begin the year by reviewing and assessing our students on learning gaps experienced from spring 2020 school closure, while continuing to align instruction to standards and improve student learning. Whether your child is starting the 2020-2021 Academic Year with In- Person or On-Line Live-Stream Instruction, we appreciate you entrusting your children to St. Andrew Catholic School, we look forward to a successful, and faith filled year. During this summer, we are busy preparing the school campus to ensure a safe and healthy environment. SACS is also taking steps to assure that our technology remains efficient and current with our instructional needs, regardless the current challenges. We have checked our current Internet bandwidth and purchased multiple Swivel robots and markers for live streaming throughout the classrooms. In the final weeks of preparation, let us thank God for all His blessings, as we continue to be people of Hope and ask Him to keep St. Andrew Catholic School faculty, staff, students and families in His loving care. In the coming weeks, I will be emailing our 2020-2021 Parent/Student Handbook, with specific COVID-19 information. I will also be forwarding some Diocesan waivers pertaining to Digital Learning Video/Audio Recording & Livestreaming Release and COVID-19 Risk and Waiver of Liability. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please do not hesitate to let me know. Blessings, Mrs. Gipson St. Andrew Catholic School 877 N. This year, we will begin the year by reviewing and assessing our students on learning gaps

bandwidth and purchased multiple Swivel robots and markers for live streaming throughout the

classrooms.

In the final weeks of preparation, let us thank God for all His blessings, as we continue to be people

of Hope and ask Him to keep St. Andrew Catholic School faculty, staff, students and families in His

loving care. In the coming weeks, I will be emailing our 2020-2021 Parent/Student Handbook, with

specific COVID-19 information. I will also be forwarding some Diocesan waivers pertaining to

Digital Learning Video/Audio Recording & Livestreaming Release and COVID-19 Risk and

This is just a reminder that at St. Andrew Catholic School, the dress code reflects the Catholic values we strive

to instill within our students: modesty, unity, respect for others, and positive self-worth. Research supports

our belief that a student’s appearance has a direct effect on his/her attitude and behavior. In the larger scope

of preparing our students for their future, the uniform has been selected so students understand that their

manner of dress should be appropriate to the serious nature of academic study and promote the dignity and

self-respect worthy of each student.

SACS updated our school uniforms for the 2019-2020 school year and this year has been our period of

transition (see email notification originally sent 12/08/18). As such, we wanted to take the time to remind our

families that ALL students in all grades will be required to wear the new, updated uniform pieces for the

2020-2021 school year. All older items have been discontinued and will not be permitted to be worn on

campus. Since the older items have been discontinued, SACS will not be hosting a "Used Uniform Sale". We

will accept donations of any of the new, updated pieces if they are in good condition.

All required school uniform attire must be purchased through the official uniform company:
