Congrats to our over 55 adult tennis teams that represented Dunes West in the local leagues over the past year. They were comprised of singles, doubles, mixed doubles, and combo teams in the 18, 40 and 55+ age divisions. We wanted to send a special thanks to all of the team captains and co-captains for helping to organize the teams. It is through your efforts that our program continues to be one of the best in the area. We look forward to the upcoming tennis year. Thank you to all our members who supported the club throughout the year by attending luncheons/dinners, fitness classes, tennis events and swimming/social activities as well. We thank you for being active members of the club. I am happy to pass along that we will be hosting a New Years Eve Party this year at the Golf Clubhouse for the first time in a few years and hope you can attend. We are also very excited to announce the arrival of our new Club Car® golf carts. They feature USB ports and upgraded seats for a more comfortable and enjoyable ride. In 2020, we look forward to many more club improvements to include but not limited to: course drainage projects, new carpet in the golf clubhouse, rearranging the gym set up and introducing a rowing machine, and possibly one more new piece of equipment if we can create the space. We will take up phase two and three of our landscaping project at the main pool with the addition of a shaded area, per the request of many. Exciting things are happening and we hope they make your membership more enjoyable.
