Dear Business Owner, February 1st, 2020 Ark-Valley Humane Society is currently seeking business sponsorships for our community events in 2020. We covet and value your support through the sponsorship of these events as we continue to ensure the welfare of companion animals through compassion and care. As a private non-profit organization, Ark-Valley Humane Society relies on donations and fundraising events like these for our sustainability.

The proceeds from each of these events directly benefit the homeless animals we care for; animals like Tanner. Tanner was found near Monarch Mountain by a Forest Service employee. Too scared to approach anyone, they borrowed a dog trap from AVHS and were able to get him safely to us. When he arrived at AVHS he was extremely emaciated, had an injured hip, and was covered in sap. After lots of care from staff, necessary hip surgery, and recovery time in a loving foster home he was ultimately adopted by his foster parents! In 2019, Ark-Valley Humane Society helped 893 animals! Through adoptions, reuniting stray animals with their owners, community assistance spay and neuter programs and a trap neuter return program for feral cats, your support through sponsoring these events saves lives.

The 4th Annual Feline & Fido Photo Contest is a meaningful way to celebrate your pet while caring for animals at Ark-Valley Humane Society who are waiting for a home of

their own. At the end of the photo contest, Ark-Valley Humane Society creates a colorful, full-sized calendar with the pets’ photos that received the most votes on each month.
