Prince Bandar bin Sultan, former Saudi Ambassador to Washington, & current Director General of

the Saudi Intelligence Agency and Secretary General of the National Security Council. He has a BA in

Oriental Studies from Oxford University, commissioned from the royal military academy Sandhurst. He is

a World Economic Forum “Young Global Leader” and sits on the advisory board of Bank Muscat.

Co-founded Dayim Holdings in 2006; CNN International where he produced news and documentaries all

over the Middle East and Gulf region, including Iraq and Saudi Arabia for 5 years. Graduated in 2001

from Oxford University with a BA and Honorary MA in Oriental Studies and History

Apax Partners in London. Range of LBO transactions including Inmarsat, Intelsat, Travelex, Global

Refund; Prior experience at Schroders in investment banking; MPhil in Management Studies from

Cambridge University

Currently a partner at UK based private investment firm Sun Capital; Previously a Management

Consultant at Bain & Company; Punch Taverns Strategy Director in 1998 where he was instrumental in

growing Punch to become the largest pub owner in the UK; recently executed the restructuring of $ 8.5

billion Pearl Group; holds an MA in Economics from Cambridge University

Hertz-Dayim Equipment Rental

� Hertz Dayim Equipment Rental Ltd is 51/49 joint venture between Hertz Equipment

Rental Corporation (HERC) and Dayim Holdings

� The JV has been licensed and registered in Saudi Arabia, to rent and sell small tools,

heavy equipment and industrial machinery

� Operational branches in Al-Khobar (Head Office) and Jeddah. Riyadh branch set to

open in April 2014.

� Opportunities identified for expansion into regional markets including Qatar, Kuwait

and Oman
