Employment History: President and Chief Executive Officer, St. Luke’s Health System

August 31, 2009 – Present St. Luke’s Health System is the largest private employer in

the state of Idaho. It has been recognized as a Top 15 Health System by Thompson Reuters for three years in a row. The System’s flagship hospital in Boise is a Magnet hospital and has now been redesignated twice. St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital is Idaho’s only children’s hospital and it is located in Boise within St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center. Other hospitals in the System include St. Luke’s Meridian Medical Center (operates under the provider number of St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center), St. Luke’s Magic Valley Regional Medical Center, St. Luke’s Jerome, St. Luke’s Wood River Medical Center, St. Luke’s Elmore, St. Luke’s McCall, and St. Luke’s Rehab Hospital. The System is further comprised of Mountain States Tumor Institute, an NCI-designated Community Cancer Center with 5 locations. Additionally, St. Luke’s Health System has many clinics throughout Southwestern Idaho and Eastern Oregon, operates Air St. Luke’s (medical helicopters and fixed wing aircraft), and manages 2 other community hospitals in Southwestern Idaho.

St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital is the primary adult teaching hospital for Baylor College of Medicine and a secondary teaching hospital for the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
