o Dick Cahaly raiaed a concern over the details preaented in the last two (2) monthly overaight and planning meeting minutes1 apecifically the lack of documentation on the approval proceaa being given by EPA to the Truateea GZA Dick Cahaly atated that the laat meeting minutea should be amended to atate that the Truateea are very concerned over the iaauance of a conditional approval to proceed with additional work efforta on the RI Thia concern atema from the fact that the Truateea never expected to receive auch a conditional approval to go ahead but expected EPA to give them final approval to continue The Truateea do not like the overall idea of a conditional approval on a paat deliverable while their contractor (GZA) ia going ahead with the next phaae of the project without knowledge that the content of the last deliverable ia finally acceptable to IPA The Truateea feel that the iaauance of a conditional approval ia confuaing

o David Webater aaked GZA to aive him a atatua report on the reaulta of plea that are currently beina analyzed by Roy F Weaton labs Charlie Lindberg of GZA atated that he received all the data very recently and that the entire data package ia preaently beina validated Thia proceaa waa stated to take aoe tte and that the reaulta will likely be validated by the next aonthly aeeting
