Driving improvements in availability through adherence to routines and processes, utilising the ‘I can Get what I want routines’ Dashboard to improve the customer perfect order Ensure known Loss processes are in place and develop the CFC Operating model to enhance Waste performance. Using my operational expertise, to identify opportunities to improve the Group’s steering wheel performance, engaging the stores and supporting them with plans to address red lights. Developing training stores so that knowledge can be shared across the Group and all new managers are technically proficient. Co-ordinating and reviewing the execution of change plans by collaborating with Key stakeholders, and simple communication to the Centre teams, and coaching for improved capability Deliver real time support, Innovate and deliver change for continual improvement. In my role: Key Stakeholders are, Centre managers, Deputy Managers, Line Managers, Format Team, GHS Ops Dev, GHS Operations, Store Ordering, Support office, GHS IT, Waste teams. In my role: Understanding Key Stakeholders Agendas. Understanding Agenda and workload of the Centres. I work shoulder to shoulder with the centre teams coaching and supporting In my role: Timely communication, and escalation where necessary to respond to real time problems, whilst dedicating time to future plans. In my role: Encourage and motivate the centre teams to progress continual improvement, by identifying New opportunities to achieve our goal of the ‘Perfect Order’. Looking after myself in health and fitness so I am always in good health In my role: New opportunities are worked and scoped to make improvements to the customer experience and also reduce the costs. Maximise ‘I can get what I want, Profitably. Support Availability & Waste Routines in all CFC’s
