two great surgeons join hands to help the man with the big pillow.

Other doctors at Mugana, medical students, the media, were eagerly watching the two

master surgeons at work.

Laulent Laulian has been carrying this big lump of growth on his head/neck since he was

the age of 5 years. At present he is 41years old.

Dr. Nice Rutabasibwa and Dr. Mazima are a good team together they opened ‘SKULLS’

spinal cord and Dr. Nice Rutabasibwa gave a running commentary of the procedure.

These children had a growth just on the buttocks originating from the spine and have

no control over urine or stool and they well operated.

This child has hydrocephalus, his cerebrospinal fluids accumulate in the brain causing big

head and he needs shunt from the brain to kidney and flush trough urine.
