GENERAL INFORMATION

Main Sessions & Seminars The morning and evening sessions will take place in the Auditorium. For information on sessions and seminars, please see the relevant section in this programme.Car Parking/Trams Due to car parking space being at a premium it would be really helpful if you would be able to car share or use the tram. Car parking will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. All cars are left at your own risk. We have a special deal where you purchase an ‘event’ tram ticket for £2 at the tram stop. The tram stop closest to Trent is called ‘Gregory Street’. If you are travelling from the city centre you will need to use trams labelled ‘Toton Lane’. If you are travelling from Toton Lane towards Trent you will need to use trams labelled ‘Hucknall’.Kids’ Programme The kids’ programme will run in the Kids’ Centre on Wednesday and Thursday from 9.30am – 12.30pm and you can choose an afternoon session at either 1.45pm – 2.45pm or 3.15pm - 4.15pm. Please be prompt in collecting your children at the end of each session. We regret that we are unable to offer the programme during the evening sessions.

Room Numbers All rooms with a G or F prefix are located in the main Warehouse. Those with a prefix of Y are located in the Youth Centre which is close to the Warehouse. The Kids’ Centre is being used as an extra meeting place. Please see the maps in this programme.Morning Prayer 8.30am – 9.20am in the Prayer Room. We would love you to come and join us for a time of prayer each morning. We want to come into God’s presence and cry out for Him to move powerfully this year at NLC and for His Kingdom to be extended in and through the Vineyard across the UK and Ireland. Prophecy If you would like to develop your prophetic gifting and join the prophecy team on Wednesday or Thursday afternoon, blessing Senior Pastors please sign up at the information desk by lunchtime on Wednesday.Main Sessions Online Main sessions will be streamed live on the NLC website, vineyardnlc.org.Recording Talks Recordings are being made of all of the teaching that takes place during the week (including the seminars) and will be available to download on the Vineyard Churches website. BSL Signer and Hearing Loop The main sessions will be signed. To access this and the hearing loop, please sit at the front on the right hand side of the auditorium

Online Programme All the programme information can also be accessed online through the VCUKI app.Lunch There will be sandwich meal deals and salads available for purchase in the Youth Centre and hot lunch options served in the café.Evening Meals There will be a limited number of evening meals available in the café. There are also a number of restaurants and fast food outlets close by. For further restaurant information please visit the information desk or the NLC website. Please note that the Auditorium will be closed from 5.45pm – 7.00pm.Café Free refreshments will be served before the morning session. If you would prefer speciality coffee our café will be open throughout the day, selling barista coffee, hot chocolates, bacon rolls, pastries and much more. The Kids’ Centre Cafe An extra space to hang out and relax, open between 12.30pm – 5.30pm. We will be selling coffee, tea and soft drinks.Water Bottles & Coffee Cups We will be selling Vineyard Churches branded aluminum bottles for a cost of £3 and will have water filling stations available to refill bottles throughout the conference. Reusable branded coffee cups are also available for £12.

The Bar The Bar will open every night after the evening session, selling a variety of speciality beers, wines, and soft drinks.Information Desk The information desk will be located in the Auditorium. If you have any questions, queries or lost property, then don’t hesitate to come and find us. Please note that delegates are responsible for their own property.Bookshop We will be selling music and books to the side of the Auditorium.Toilets During the mid-morning break and at other times the toilets outside the main auditorium are likely to be very busy. There will be portaloos available outside the Warehouse. Please look at the map in this programme for the locations of all of the toilets in the Warehouse.The Warehouse Please be aware that during the conference many of the Trent Vineyard staff will be working in their offices as usual, so could we ask you not to wander into the offices to have a look around. Please ask at the information desk if you would like to see more of the Warehouse.
