The Bath County FCCLA chapter received the following information about a project that our chapter would like to participate in. We will be taking several FCCLA members to the State FCCLA meeting March 25-27 and we hope we can help out in the great cause listed below. “Tatums Bags of Fun” is a non-profit organization that works hard to bring joy to kids with cancer while they are in the hospital. They fill the bags with goodies to help get the kids through the long hospital stays. We thought it would be great to get this organization started in Kentucky to help kids battling cancer. The bags are filled with board games, dolls, books, coloring books, crayons, trucks, cars, etc. All the items for the bags have to be new. The FCCLA members attending the state meeting will drop the items off as they walk into Opening Ceremony on March 25, 2013. *All donations of new items will need to be dropped off at Bath County High School before 3:30 on March 22, 2013.
