Daesign offers a multimodal digital training course on the theme of the Fight against corruption, to companies that need to raise awareness and train their employees, in order to reduce risks in professional practices.
Based on representative occupational situations, with a total duration of 1 hour 15 minutes, this course consists of:1 Self-assessment quiz + 9 educational videos + 8 practical scenarios + 1 final assessment, followed by 19 mobile cards (short
contents) for educational reactivation.
These different learning methods enable learners to Assess themselves, Learn and practise, Validate their training programme, Keep informed and enable human resources to demonstrate the organization’s compliance effort through training, as the course, once
completed, issues a downloadable certificate of success.
A multimodal training course
• This multimodal course, which includes practical scenarios, videos, quizzes and contents on mobile devices (smartphones and tablets), was designed by Daesign, jointly by legal compliance experts and corruption prevention specialists.
• This content meets the regulatory authorities’ requirements in the prevention of corruption and the criteria for effectiveness they have set.
• This training course is intended for all employees, regardless of their level of risk exposure.
• The course components address and observe all the minimum basic provisions and principles drawn from some of the most important national and international regulations such as the FCPA (USA), the UKBA (bribery act – UK) and the French ‘Sapin 2’ law 2016-1691
• The course covers a selection of corruption prevention themes from among the themes identified as essential by the ICC, the OECD, TRANSPARENCY INTERNATIONAL or those selected by the French MEDEF
• The French, English and American laws in extraterritorial application were incorporated in the programme

Assessment takes place throughout the training course
• Self-assessment is the 1st step of the initial course. It takes the shape of 16 questions and gives you access to the videos and practical scenarios recommended depending on the results obtained
• At the end of the course, a final assessment quiz is given, with 20 randomly chosen questions from a database of 130. It enables you to pass the course (score above 80%), download your certificate of success with your name and unlock access to mobile content
• At T+1, a periodical assessment is given on your mobile using 19 randomly chosen questions from a database of 100
Assessment
Duration: 5 to 7 min.
Self-assessment is the 1st step of the initial course. It takes the shape of 16 questions.
The purpose of this quiz is to confirm the learner’s knowledge of the topic and to make them aware of their level of knowledge of the topic.
After the 16 questions, you get:

If you fail, you are given the correct answers and you can start the test again (new questions chosen at random).

Duration: 20 to 30 minutes for 19 cards
At the end of the course, you will receive some short content every day to stimulate your knowledge and revise the key notions seen in the course, with the dos and don’ts. The content is in the shape of a pack of 19 cards.
Each card addresses a specific notion, with:
• On the front: theoretical knowledge, a quiz...
• On the back: feedback, more in-depth information, etc.
The cards are interactive (single response questions, multiple-choice questions, etc.) and contain media (videos, images).
A final percentage score (which does not contribute to the success of the course)
Available:
• Via the Apple and Google stores
• In a web app version for interfacing with the client LMS and reading on a PC
• A pack of 19 ‘Dos & Don’ts’ cards: at the end of the course, the
learner receives 1 short item of content each day (knowledge
refresher for 20 days). The push frequency is configurable for each
company.
• A newsfeed pack: throughout the year, the learner receives legal
news on corruption prevention every 15 days. Either this news is
generic (subscription to the Daesign newsfeed) with an adjustable
frequency, or the company chooses to publish it themselves (via the
authoring tool).
• A periodical assessment pack: every year, learners have access to a
test to assess their level through 20 questions chosen randomly from
100. This test is updated every year with 30 additional questions
(possibility of issuing a certificate)
