Cross-County Connector Cross-County Connectors will provide fast and frequent cross-county bus service to better connect the region. Local Bus NEW local bus services, and extensions of existing routes, will connect people to faster regional services. Streetcar The QLINE will connect downtown Detroit, Midtown, and New Center with modern streetcar service on Woodward Avenue. Regional Rail Regional Rail will connect Ann Arbor and Detroit with daily rail service. Airport Express Airport Express is a premium limited-stop express service to Detroit Metropolitan Airport which would operate throughout the day.
