CURRICULUM VITAE
ABOUT ME I am a creative, ambitious, and passionate design engineering student. I was born and raised in Den-
mark (Northern Zealand), and currently at the last stage of my studies at the Technical University of
Denmark. My personality can shortly be described as being a very open and creative person, loving
social gatherings and theme parties! I love singing, acting, and sketch writing, as well as art -where I
do a lot of drawing myself. As every other Dane, I am a pro runner and I strive to have a healthy life-
style. I am a planner, but I love spontaneous input, so flexibility is a must! I am a big fan of post-its and
love brainstorming, sharing ideas, and to be inspired by others. My interest has always been concern-
ing user and context understanding, brought along with my drive to conceptualize and create. Being a
creative person, I am always sketching on my notes and trying to fix things in a new inventive way. I
am very observant and I believe good design goes hand in hand with a skilled insight on users’ needs,
capabilities, and use context. I have worked with projects ranging from service design to mechanical
detailing of sub-components. Though these perspectives vary in accordance to approach and design
methods, I do believe that these user insight objectives are crucial in all design challenges.

DTU, 27th of April Letter of recommendation for stud. polyt. Marina Leisner Ejlertsen (s092856) Marina Leisner Ejlertsen is a master student at DTU’s study line Design & Innovation. As director of bachelor studies, lecturer and supervisor I have known Marina for almost 5 years, and find that she has made good progress in her studies. I have supervised Marina in 3 courses and her Bachelor’s Thesis. She is a motivated, intelligent, and dedicated student that functions well both as an individual and when working in a team. Marina is able to tackle complex assignments through her systematic and analytic approach coupled with a fine abil-ity to conceptualize and synthesize. Her grades are well above average. I am writing this letter of recommendation, since Marina is planning to seek an internship in a business with a demanding and stimulating creative environment. I strongly recommend and encourage our students to spend time and gain experience studying abroad or doing relevant internships. I give Marina Leisner Ejlertsen the best recommendations and my en-dorsement, hoping that she will benefit from a rewarding internship in the fall semester of 2015. Best regards,
Per Boelskifte Professor,
