I started as TV Bench Repair Engineer before taking control of CCTV installs

I earned promotion some 12 years ago where I became in charge of the design, manage and installation of cctv for the MCS property portfolio.

Support & supervision of Field Engineers Working as part of a Project Team to undertake a variety of tasks within Retail and pro-active

with assessing future developments. Formulating of Risk Assessments & Method Statements Project Manage of CCTV installs inc costs, staff and equipment availability Responsibility for up to 6 Field & 3 Bench Engineers at any one time.
