    WorkTrack Service Management Upgrades

    Note: Release items an Asterisk (*) only apply to WTSM Accounts receiving work from Customers over the Work Order Network.

    Whats included in this Release?

    1. Technicians using the mobile app can email PDF copies of a Work Order and/or Invoice to yourCustomers.

    2. In your Settings/Alert Settings, the Plain text with printer friendly format now sends a PDFattachment (instead of the MHT attachment).

    3. When any office users view the Work Order listing and the Invoice listing they can now selectmultiple items via the checkbox and click Printer Friendly, which will now create a PDF file of theselected items.

    4. When any office users view the Detail View of Work Orders and Invoices and click Printer Friendly,it will now create a PDF file.

    5. When any office users view the Detail View of Work Orders and Invoices and click Printer Friendly,it will now create a PDF file.

    6. Several changes related to the dispatch board Daily View (Gantt view) and map views, as follows:

    a. On the dispatch board Gantt view the bars are color coded to reflect the state of the workorder. This same color coding in now reflected on the work order pins displayed on thedispatch board map view.

    b. You can now increase the number of technicians displayed in the dispatch board map viewat any one time to 50.

    c. You can now set the dispatch board color bars to either display the customer name (ascurrently available) or the service location name.

    7. *You will now notice an additional invoice status labeled Authorized by Customer. This status letsyou know that your customer has authorized the invoice for payment but has yet to process thepayment. This is just another tool to let you know at what stage an invoice is at with yourcustomers.

    8. *You can now add a specific URL (Website) to each of your locations public profiles (if you havemultiple locations). To adjust, go to your public profile settings in your account and edit your

    branches.

    9. *Today invoices you issue to your Customers include a quote amount Quoted: $0 .00 (Notsubmitted) . Now, if there is no quote included for the Work Order, the quote amount line is hiddento avoid any potential confusion.

    10. *Work Orders that your Customers believe are under warranty are currently brought to yourattention at the top of your work order details screen. Now, you will receive notification of this alertprior to accepting the Work Order.
