Application Process

Roommate Group forCurrent Students

3) As leader of the group, you will use their Net ID to searchfor your roommates.

1) The leader is responsible for logging in and selecting a room for all members of the group.

2) After you have completed an application you may go back to “up-date preferences”.

4) Enter Net ID, click search (repeat for each roommate).a) Click next step and an invitation will be sent to each roommate.b) The invited person (s) will then need to log onto the housing por-tal and accept the invitation and click “next step” and then “finish”.

5) If you have been invited to a group, you will see the invitation.a) Click “accept” or “decline”.b) A message will be sent to the group leader with your response.

Notes:560 Lincoln Single Suites are comprised of 4 single bedrooms sharing one common bathroom. To select these suites you must have a group of 4 students.

Kemper Single Suites are comprised of 6 single bedrooms sharing two common bathrooms. During room selection you can choose 1/2 the suite (three single bedrooms which share one bathroom) you must have a group of 3 students.

Foster-Walker Complex (PLEX) single rooms can be chosen individually or with a group of 4 students.

1) Once logged in, click “Room Selection”, you will be selecting roomsfor the 2019-2020 academic year.

2) If you are the leader of a roommate group, accepted roommateswill show in the Confirmed Roommate box. If someone is missing thatmeans they either did not accept the invitation or they alreadybooked themselves a room.

3) Select your building by clicking the building name underAvailable Rooms by Living Area.

4) Click on the building you want to choose.

5) Use the grey drop down arrow to display more informationabout the room.

CLICK THE “LOCK” BUTTON TO SECURE THE ROOM.

Once you click “lock” button, you will have 10 minutes tocomplete the selection process.

Click “Release Lock” to cancel your room lock or to pick a different room.

6) Designate rooms for you and your roommate in the dropdown menu.

You will only see rooms you are eligible for.Ex. Groups of 4 will only see rooms where 4spaces are available. Towards the end ofroom selection groups may have to split upin order to get an assignment.

7) Leaders of a roommate group will lock an entire room or suite. They must book all spaces (except for choosing a room on Thursday, April 25).

8) Review information and click "Finish".
