surveys.• Survey consistently administered in the Fall of

even years since 1988.• Survey given to Grades 6, 8, 10, and 12.• Voluntary and anonymous. • Results available at state, county, ESD, district,

school level.• Several versions of the survey.• Topics include health, behavior, attitudes, etc.

2012 Survey Participation

• 205,011 students • Over 1,001 schools

• 224 school districts

• All 39 counties
