•Use of the Harmonized Commodity Description and
Coding goods with an opening of 8 digits.
•Tariff Structure: General Rate (TG) and Most Favoured
Nation (MFN).
• Averages Rates: 10.7% MFN; TG does not exceed 17%.
•The prices of commodities are 5, 10 and 15%. Only 8% of
subheadings has more than 20% tariff and over 90% of
subheadings is below 15%.
•The base of debts is calculated ad valorem.
