Colleen started with the company as a Receptionist in 2009. To progress within the company she then joined the Hastings Trainee Management Programme. Over the next two years she spent time at each property within the group before this new and exciting opportunity arose. Hastings is delighted to have appointed the first female head concierge in the group.

Since Colleen was appointed the trend has continued and the Culloden have also appointed Lesley McCloud to their concierge team.
