Modular Building Solutions RM6014
Access to framework rates
To access RM6014 Modular Building Solutions maximum supplier rates, you will first need to register to the CCS esourcing portal.
Registration with CCS as an Additional Client
Government bodies wishing to access the Framework Agreement Contract are required to register to the CCS esourcing portal as an Additional Client with CCS.
This can be done online via our website:

or by calling our Customer Service Centre on: 0345 410 2222
Our simple registration arrangements mean once an Additional Client has registered they have access to all of our Framework Agreement Contracts. There is no joining fee and no commitment, even after registering.

How to access the “Maximum Framework Rates” for RM6014 Modular Building Solutions
Once you have been given access you can follow the below steps to download the rates. The rates are to be downloaded by Lot number as required.
Access the eSourcing tool via:
https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/sso/jsp/login.jsp
Customer Service Centre support call 0345 410 2222
Hover over RFx(s), click on Manage RFx(s) in the
dropdown.
Click on “Templates” tab
Click on the binoculars to open the search box.
Type *RM6014* into the “Name” box and click the “Search Now” tab.
Ensure you type the after the RM6014.
This screen will now open.
Click on:
Lot 1 Purchase of Education related Modular Buildings
Lot 2 Purchase of Healthcare related Modular Buildings
Lot 3 Hire of Education related Buildings
Lot 4 Hire of Healthcare related Modular Buildings
Lot 5 Hire or Purchase of non-Education and non-Healthcare related Modular Buildings of capital cost up to £750k or hire cost of up to £150k
Lot 6 Hire or Purchase of non-Education and non-Healthcare related Modular Buildings of capital cost from £750k to £3.5m or hire cost up to £150k to £700k
Lot 7 Hire or Purchase of non-Education and non-Healthcare related Modular Buildings of capital cost greater than £3.5m or hire cost greater than £700k

At the top of the screen click on RFx Attachments
The drop down shows the available attachment.
Click on “Lot 1 Maximum Framework Rates Zip”
(Please note Lot 1 Prices are split into 2 files – due to their size)
Click on the Zipped Folder to access the Maximum Framework Rates.
You will see the Lot 1 Maximum Framework Rates folder.
This folder contains the maximum framework rates for all suppliers within the Lot.
Additional Client User Agreement and Additional Client Reference Number
When placing an initial order via each lot within RM6014, the Additional Client is required to complete an Additional Client User Agreement Form (see Annex A in the Additional Client guidance and ordering and attached template) and return this to the Client at [email protected]
The Client will issue an Additional Client Reference Number on receipt of the Additional Client User Agreement Form. The Additional Client should quote the Additional Client Reference Number supplied by the Client on all correspondence.
The Supplier Alliance Member shall request the Additional Client Reference Number when an Additional Client places a new order under the Framework Agreement Contract prior to work commencing.
The Supplier Alliance Member shall include the Additional Client Reference Number as part of their Management Information supplied to the Client within their MI Reporting Template.

Modular Buildings Solutions – RM6014Additional Client User Agreement (ACUA)
The Modular Building Solutions Framework offers an alternative solution to traditional build accommodation, providing a comprehensive range of solutions designed to cover most accommodation requirements.
Complementing the generic non-educational and non-healthcare modular buildings are educational units offering solutions for classroom needs and healthcare units covering patient consultation and patient accommodation.
Prior to placing your order, this form should be completed in full highlighting the relevant multiple choice option in yellow and returned to Crown Commercial Services property team at [email protected]

Upon receipt of the completed form you will be provided with an Additional Client User Agreement Reference Number (ACUA). This should be quoted in your documentation when placing an order through the framework with your service provider(s). This should also be quoted to CCS when discussing the Project Contract in question.
Please indicate by highlighting Yes/No if there are any security or confidentiality issues with placing this project in the CCS pipeline or if the Contracting Authority name may need to be withheld for any security or confidentiality reasons and note any data restrictions (anonymization) in the return email.
Please indicate by highlighting Yes/No if your Contracting Authority name/information as provided within the ACUA can be issued to suppliers via the monthly framework opportunities. Customer call off requirements will be collated via a Management Database and shared as a pipeline with framework suppliers to ensure capacity and resource planning for projects within the market. Customer Contact Details are redacted in line with GDPR.
