New to the Idaho brewing scene, Crooked Fence Brewing is an excellent addition to Boise’s beer scene. The Grim Reaper Imperial Black IPA will have you howling like it's Halloween.

grim reaper imperial Black ipa: A very dark brown seasonal release. rusty nail red pale: This is a balanced Idaho pale ale blending just the right amount of malted grains and cascade and Galena Hops. It is then Dry-Hopped with a generous amount of centennial hops. derBy oatmeal ipa: This is a true northwest IPA with a little twist. It’s composed of about 30% oats that lend this beer a great mouth feel and a slight creaminess. We use generous amounts of Zues, Galena and Dry-Hopp with cascade hops to finish it off. It has a nice citrus and floral aroma and the oats balance the hop bitterness with just the right amount of sweetness.

evil harvest pumpkin ale: This is a very drinkable light/medium body pumpkin ale. A light hand with the spices, and yet ever present malt profile, shows as toasty with some pale malt. It tastes like fall and nothing is ever overdone.

lady of avalon: Deep mahogany hue. This light-bodied lager has a toasty malt fl avor with a hint of roast that fi nishes clean and crisp with a mild hop balance. Dunkel is dark counterpart to the Munchner style Helles which means light color. This quaffable lager is a simple pleasure.

acme california ipa: Profoundly hoppy, fi nished with over a pound of fresh whole hops per barrel. The result is a beer that is deliciously dry and eminently drinkable. 6.9% ABV; 55 IBUs.

Payette Brewing Company is a relatively young production brewery founded in 2011, that serves craft beer on draft throughout Boise and the Treasure Valley.

outlaW ipa: An American IPA, the Outlaw is brewed with an abun-dance of American hops backed up by a solid malt base. Citrus, pine and a slightly spicy aroma dominate the Outlaw; it finishes with a pleasant bitterness with a bit of malty sweetness.

mutton Buster: A roasty flavor with notes of chocolate and nut-tiness that creates a full flavored brown ale. While it is malt focused, there is mild hop bitterness with an earthy hop flavor.

Zonker stout: A rich, well-balanced foreign-style stout with a huge amount of roasted barley as well as chocolate, black and caramel malts. The intense roast character is the main attribute of this black-colored beer. 6.0% ABV

sheepherder saison: Brewed in a farmhouse in the summer to be enjoyed during the harvest, our version is a dry, spicy, French-style saison (meaning season). 6.6% ABV; 34 IBUs.

free heeler rye ipa: Our Rye IPA is a traditional IPA with strong, aromatic hops. The hop flavor is balanced with a spicy rye undertone that separates this beer from the multitude of IPA’s avail-able. 6.4% ABV; 81 IBUs.

The history of wheat beer is also the history of the Schneider brewing family and its famous Schneider Weisse. Georg I. Schneider, wheat beer pioneer and creator of the Schneider Weisse Original recipe (which is still used today), is revered by all wheat beer connoisseurs.

edel-Weisse: A certified organic wheat beer is exclusively brewed in reminiscence of Georg Schneider's privilege of being part of the world famous Munich Octoberfest until 1942 when his renowned "Weisse Brauhaus im Tal, Munich" was destroyed. Enjoy and celebrate! aventnus: Dark-ruby colored wheat doppelbock with a creamy-fine head. Strong notes of ripe bananas, raisins and plums meet liquorice and roasty aroma.
