The design and visual spectacle of BaltimoreTower is unique. From levels 2 to 37 theapartment arrangement remains identical withthe exception of the outer balcony ‘ring’ thatshifts and steps by nominal degrees reaching itsfurthest point to the right at level 13 where it thenstarts its return to the centre line (at level 23) andcontinues to its furthermost point on the left atlevels 44 & 45.

This innovative momentum provides variablesolar shading and cover for each floor level, inturn generating an enhanced environmentalperformance while creating the building’sdistinctive visual twist.

In addition to the movement of the balcony ring,the centre apartment core also rotates at levels8, 22 and 29 to correspond with the alignmentof the balcony ring.
