Slow Cooker Fish Tacos 68 fillets (family size package) of frozen flakey fish like cod 2 small cans of diced tomatoes with green chilies ~13 tsp. Minced garlic (more or less depending on how much you like garlic) ¼ Cup fresh chopped cilantro (or 1 ½ Tbsp. of dried cilantro) 2 Tbsp. lime juice Fixings o Whole wheat or reduced carbohydrate soft taco shells o Diced red onion o Salsa o Avocado o Plain Greek yogurt or reduced fat sour cream o Extra cilantro 1. Simply assemble the ingredients into your slow cooker (other than the fixings) 2. Set on low for roughly 46 hours. 3. Once cooked, drain excess moisture if there is some, and then flake the fish and mix the ingredients 4. Assemble your taco and enjoy!
