Creativity. Innovation. Leadership.
Globalization and worldwide technological
development have created an infinite number
of opportunities for young people everywhere.
However, with these opportunities have also
come challenges, and in an increasingly
borderless, interconnected world, the
advantages are not evenly distributed, nor is
the way forward easy to navigate. Sharp critical
thinking skills, intercultural competency, and
the ability to find creative solutions to complex
situations are needed in young leaders to
ensure that future generations continue to
benefit from the social progress and economic
growth of the previous decades.
