Brian R. Ward, Founder and Principal

Since 1996, Mr. Ward has directed graphic production and themedevelopment for a variety of complex and nationally recognized cases.He has extensive experience in large product liability, intellectual property,criminal, and business litigation.

Mr. Ward has provided these services in several hundred cases including Samsung v. Tessera, United States v. Quattrone, InterTrust v. Microsoft, Florida State Board of Administration v. Alliance Capital Management,and Unisys v. Accenture.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University ofSan Francisco and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree fromSt. Mary’s College of California.
