Go to www.wordpress.com

Sign up and activate your account from the email that is sent to you from the blog

Log in to your account and edit the header picture on the top of the page

Dashboard is very important. It has all the details needed to edit your blog

To create new page go to:

New Page

If it’s a new page you don’t have to click anything in page attributes

If it’s a sub-page – for example Week 4 you choose the parent which is EPP
