Mindy HolmanPresident and CEO, Holman EnterprisesMindy Holman joined Holman Enterprises in 1986, representing thethird generation of this family-owned and operated business. She is cur-rently President and CEO of Holman Enterprises, which comprises carand truck dealerships in South Jersey and South Florida as well as au-tomotive-related businesses. The dealership operations include 21 lo-cations with 27 franchises. RMP, Reconditioned Motors and Parts,distributes remanufactured parts to Ford dealerships and aftermarketrepair shops throughout the mid-Atlantic and northeast regions. ARI,Automotive Resources International, is a fleet leasing and manage-ment company which has offices throughout the United States, Canadaand Mexico. ARI is the largest privately-held leasing company in the U.S. with a fleet of ap-proximately 600,000 vehicles. Fleet Body Equipment, with facilities in Kansas City and FortWorth, is a truck up-fitter whose main customers are the railroads. Life Star Rescue, Inc. is lo-cated in Van Wert, Ohio and sells new and used ambulances, remounts used ambulances, andmanufactures new rescue vehicles.

Holman Enterprises believes in giving back to its local communities and does so by supportingmany local organizations, both financially and through personal involvement. Among herphilanthropic efforts, Mindy’s current civic memberships include the Camden County UnitedWay Board of Trustees, SJ Magazine Advisory Board, the Faulkner Automotive Advisory Board,and she serves as Co-Chair of the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Luncheon.

The recipient of numerous awards, Mindy received the Humanitarian of the Year Award fromthe Arthritis Foundation of Southern New Jersey in 2003 and in 2004, and along with her fa-ther, Joseph S. Holman, she received Ford Motor Company’s Salute to Dealers Award. Mindyreceived the Rutgers/LEAP Leadership Award in 2006 and in 2007, she received the Hall ofFame Award from NJ Biz Magazine, which is presented to individuals who have a long-termcommitment to business success in New Jersey.

Mindy holds a Master of Science degree from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Artsdegree from William & Mary.

The 4 Components of Marketing MasteryFinding cost-effective ways to get the most out of your business branding andrecognition in these tight–fisted times ultimately means resolving to get back to marketing basics and employing alternative methods of promotion. The followingfour main components of marketing can help you do that: top of mind awareness;guerrilla communication strategies; time management; and public relations. This session will provide an extensive overview of each component and how to incor-porate them into your marketing action plan for business growth.

As a published author, trainer and marketing advisor, Sandy Spadaro is an enthusiastic advocate of women’s issues, empowerment and skills development, both personal and professional. She was named one of 2008’sBest 50 Women in Business and Forty Under 40 by NJBIZ. Sandy does freelancewriting and books speaking engagements through her firm, SS Marketing Solutions. Her published works include local and national publications and she recently published her first book project, “Overcoming the SuperwomanSyndrome.”

Leadership Motivation – Leading with IntegrityMotivating others is a constant challenge that business women face in their or-ganizations. Today’s leaders need the ability and character to inspire confidence,commitment, and passion in others. Jo Anne White, Ph.D., is an international author and speaker. She is Presidentand CEO of Doc White Consulting, a coaching, training and consulting company of twenty-five years. She motivates and inspires people and companies to shine, thrive and live their vision with courageous action. Shehas been featured on the internet, in national and international publicationsand is a frequent guest on radio and television networks such as NBC, CN8and World Talk Radio.

Ginyard, Ph.D. – teacher, mediator, author, relationship counselor –is president and CEO of VKG Associates, Inc., a technology and staff develop-ment training and consulting company servicing clients in the mid Atlantic re-gion, founder of The Phoenix Woman, Inc., a woman’s empowermentcompany specializing in programs for women building confidence and self es-teem and founder of Phoenicia, LLC, a natural skin care company. Valeriepublished 50 Tips to Building Better Relationships and was named 50 BestWomen in Pennsylvania in (2007).

Learn about the online tools that shape opinion, connect compa-nies with prospects, and, ultimately, impact your business. Blogs, online commu-nities, social networks and other topics related to understanding your customers’online activity will be covered during the session.

Michael S. Gross is vice president and co-owner at Anne Klein Communica-tions Group, LLC, where he provides strategic planning, counseling, media re-lations and copywriting services. He has developed relationships with contactsat many well-respected media outlets including ABC’s “Good Morning Amer-ica,” ABC’s “World News Tonight,” and the Wall Street Journal. Christopher J.
