Facilities

• All facilities closed except to essential personnel• Signs have been placed on all publicly accessible outdoor

areas• Stadium is not accessible• Staff other than custodial and administrators, have been

directed that if there is a need to enter a building they must schedule with site administrator and must not bring anyone with them

Nutrition

• Nutrition continues during what would have been Spring Break (April 6-13)

• Averaging 150 meals per day between two locations (MIHS and IMS)

• Serving all children who come, ages 0-18• We ask for pre-orders, but not required• Currently, we provide lunches but we are

considering adding breakfast within the next month as demand increases

• Providing lunches to the new childcare at Northwood


Childcare

• Childcare continues during what would have been Spring Break (April 6-13)

• Location is Northwood

• Plan to serve maximum of 24; ratio is 8/2

• No mixing of groups throughout day

• Staggered entry times

• Stringent guidelines from Dept. of Health for daily check in

• Stringent cleaning protocols

• Staffed with classified and certificated at this time

• Training for staff re: health and cleaning protocols 3/27
