ACU Health & Wellbeing, Melbourne Australia Catholic University has 6 campuses and was opened on 1 January 1991. The university engages more than 2,000 years of Catholic Intellectual Tradition providing a unique higher education.

The Daniel Mannix building is designed for low environmental impact and high levels of comfort and wellbeing for the people who use it. Two atria span 8 levels of the building providing a pleasing learning environment.

Oil Search, Sydney

Oil Search is an oil and gas exploration company with history dating back to 1929. They are one of Papua New

Guinea’s largest companies and are listed on the Australian and Port Moresby Stock Exchanges.

In December 2012 Oil Search moved their Australian registered office into the new 1 Bligh Street building in the heart of the Sydney CBD.

Coopers Fire designed, supplied and installed the first FireMaster® Concertina™ for Australia. This is a unique, one of a kind 18 sided unit that creates a circular shape around the internal spiral staircase.

Unique vertical obstruction sensors constantly monitor the drop area under the fire curtain for obstructions

and a local voice warning system will notify if the curtain is obstructed for more than 5

minutes.

66 King Street, Sydney Charles Plaza is prominently situated on the corner of York and King Streets in the heart of the Sydney CBD. The heritage listed 14 storey art deco style commercial building is the ideal location for high end retail stores with Louis Vuitton and Apple already prominent in the area.

Recent refurbishment included upgrades to the lobby area, lifts and new brass windows to both street frontages.

4 National Circuit, Canberra4 National Circuit consists of two new 6 storey office buildings including 4 basement levels of parking in Barton, the heart of Government buildings in Canberra.

The Attorney Generals’ Department of the Government has consolidated their previous 5 premises around Canberra into the ‘West Building’, achieving their aim of more efficient work practices, improved energy efficiency, occupational density targets, and complying with the BCA requirements for disability access.

Coopers Fire designed, supplied and installed 6 FireMaster® NVS™ horizontal and 1 FireMaster® S active fire curtain barriers including the world’s largest horizontal barrier to date; 9 metres wide with a 17 metre draw.

Carnegie ALDI, Melbourne Carnegie Central is located a short distance from Melbourne on the corner of Dandenong and Koornang Roads. ALDI Supermarkets moved into this prime location after the departure of one of the original anchor tenants Anaconda.

ALDI Supermarkets started in Germany almost 100 years ago, with the first store opening in Australia in 2001. Now there are over 300 stores across Australia and more than 7,000 internationally. ALDI provides everyday groceries at the highest quality and lowest prices.

Coopers Fire modified the design of the existing SmokeStop™ active smoke curtain barriers to protect the modified atrium design.

St Louis Aged Care, PerthMonte Clare aged care facility was developed on the St Louis Estate, a site steeped with history dating back to the 1870s. The retirement village provides full time care to the 73 residential units.

NewActon Nishi, Canberra

NewActon Nishi is truly a building built with sustainability and the environment at mind. The building includes residential, commercial, retail and a theatre, designed by internationally awarded Suppose Design Office (Tokyo) and Fender Katsalidis (Melbourne).

The Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency is the anchor tenant within the 10 storey commercial part of the building which has achieved 6 Star Green Star and 5 Star NABERS ratings.

Coopers Fire designed, supplied and installed 10 FireMaster® NVS™ horizontal and 1 FireMaster® active fire curtain barriers incorporating a bespoke fast closing mechanism to the horizontal fire curtains.

National Museum of Australia, Canberra Positioned on the beautiful Acton Peninsula, the National Museum of Australia was designed by architects Ashton Raggatt McDougall and Robert Peck von Hartel Trethowan and opened in March 2001. The unique shaped building sits on 11 hectares and consist of 6,600m2 of exhibition space with its most noticeable feature being the loop sculpture at the entrance known as the Uluru line,

The museum captures Australia’s history - 50,000 years of Indigenous heritage, European settlement since 1788 through to Federation and the Sydney Olympics in 2000.

Coopers Fire designed, supplied and installed 4 SmokeStop™ active smoke curtain barriers, to a pitched ceiling replacing an existing barrier which was not functioning and inaccessible.

Fox Sports Fit Out, SydneyFox Sports is Australia’s premiere producer and broadcaster of sports and sporting events. The new purpose built facility in Gore Hill near Sydney broadcasts on average 23 hours a day of live sport to approximately 2.3 million homes.

The fit out included specialist production and news studios, data and control rooms and other broadcast related areas. A central stairwell interconnects all the floors allowing staff to circulate freely between offices, meeting rooms and breakout spaces.

330 Churchill Ave, PerthBuilt by Gavin Construction, 330 Churchill Ave is a mixed use development which is in the centre of the popular Subiaco precinct.

Ingham Intitute, SydneyThe Ingham Institute is a not-for-profit medical research organisation located at the Liverpool Hospital complex whose medical research supports the needs of the local area and the wider Australia.

Ingham Institue collaborates with South Western Sydney Local Health District, the University Of Western Sydney (UWS) and the University of NSW.

Investec office in Sydney is located on level 23 of The Chifley Tower.

VUE Apartments, Canberra VUE Apartments is a new development in Tuggeranong, Town Centre that consists of 277 apartments, an Abode - The Apartment Hotel and retail/commercial space. The precinct is only a short 5 minute walk from the Hyderdome shopping centre and the bus depot is on its door step.

University Hall, Sydney Originally University Hotel, University Hall is home for many student studying at the nearby University of Sydney.

In 1990, the building was expanded and transformed into use as apartments. During the works the foundantions were undermined and part of the curved structure collapsed. The repair work was performed seamlessly and now it is almost impossible to tell the new from the old.
