RICE WITH MILK Ingredients: - One liter of milk.

- 1/4 pound of sugar.

- 1/2 pound of rice

- 30 grams of butter.

- Cinnamon (Optional)

- lemon peel (Optional)

1. Mix the sugar with some milk, the lemon peel and some Cinnamon.

2. Put it in the fire for 15 minutes.

3. Wash the rice and mix it with the milk.

4. Cook it for one hour.

5. Serve and enjoy it.

RICE WITH SHRIMP

Ingredients: - 1 kg of shrimp. - 4 cup of rice. - 1/2 cup of white wine. -1/2 cup of beer. -13 cloves of garlic. -1 cup of onions -2 tablespoons of peppers. -1/2 kg of pea

- vegetal oil. - Salt.

1. Cook the shrimp with salt, the cloves of garlic, the peppers, the beer and vegetal oil.

2. Add the white wine and the rice.

3. Cook the onions and add to the rice.

4. Serve and decorate with pea.

-a pound of fish cut-A Pound of Yuca-Four Ears- 3 green bananas-Vegetables (onion, garlic, peppers, cabbage, cabbage, celery, cilantro)-1 Liters (4 cups) of water-4 Tablespoons butter-2 Tablespoons oil-Condiments (Color, cumin and pepper)-salt to taste.

• Ingredients

-1 Mojarra-Some Salt-Some Peeper-Oil-3 Tomatoes-3 Onions -Some Potatoes-Some lemons

Put the mojarra with the oil and cook them for 30 minutes, prepare the salad, cut the onions with the tomatoes and the carrot, mix all them in the dish, add a little of salt and lemon, put the mojarra together with the salad and serve with a soda or a juice of orange.
