We offer a variety of food packages because we understand that some meetings are only a couple hours, but some last longer than a day. Combine various packages to suit your group’s needs.

Weekly Menu Pages 1-5Multiple, unique options covering morning, lunch, and break snacks for each day of the week.

Plated Lunch and Dinner Page 6 Multi-course meals prepared for each individual participant.

Buffet Dinner Page 7Three-course buffet-style meal.

Stations Page 8Multiple food stations to choose from, each with its own food category, like Pasta, Mezze, or Everything Crispy.

Reception Package Page 8For a minimum of 25 guests, this includes an hors d’oeuvres selection, three stations, and bar service.

A la Carte Page 9Daily Options Extra choices for morning, lunch, and breaks. Hors d’Oeuvres Large selection of hot and cold choices.Bar Choose from Basic, Standard, or Premium.

Drinks and snacks are always provided on rolling breaks to power people through the day. We also offer enhancements to many of our menus. Available enhancements are noted on their respective pages.

We anticipate all food allergies and dietary restrictions. Vegans, vegetarians, and diabetics have plenty to choose from and we never use tree nuts or shellfish in our cooking.

Individual menu items may be subject to adjustments based on their availability.

Requests for additional courses will be priced accordingly.

All prices are subject to 23% administrative fee and 8.875% New York state tax.

We have studied the science of serving large groups of people, especially in a business context. Considering every palate and personality, we have created a menu that supports an enjoyable and healthful experience. Our Executive Chef carefully curates seasonal menus to offer a delectable variety of options and provide lasting energy to power productivity. Weekly menus have unique options for each day of the week so that participants can always look forward to the offering.
