SYNOPSIS

Mutual funds are seemingly the easiest and the least stressful way to invest in the stock

market. Quiet a large amount of money has been invested in mutual funds during the past few

years. Any investor would like to invest in a reputed Mutual Fund organization. is one such

organization that provides a better overview of the Mutual Fund industry. Understanding the

attitude of investors on their investment would help the company to increase their profits. In

they believe that the investors attitude would result in profits.

he research was done on the topic !Investors Attitude towards Mutual Funds". he

study aims at analysing the attitude of the investors towards Mutual Funds. he data was

collected with the help of a #uestionnaire. he sample size considered for the study was $%%

wherein all the samples were investors of Mutual Funds in &oonoor.

he tools used for the analysis include 'ercentage Analysis and Mean (core )alues. he

analysis was divided into * phases which are 'ersonal Factors and Investment Factors. he study

revealed that the investors have a positive attitude towards their investments in Mutual Funds.

he investors mainly look into the returns earned from the investment. It was found that the

awareness towards the risk related to the investment was relatively low. +ased on the analysis

(uggestions for improvement are provided.
