Similarly the recovery of Mobilization Advance and Machinery Advance will not be reflected in working out the fees due to the consultant. In case of time overrun in the construction work, progress related fees shall not be paid beyond the base completion period plus variation period of the consultancy work. The clause no 3 given below shall come into existence for payment during the extended period ( beyond variation period) of the consultancy work.
