Brief on myself
Years of experience gained within the research and development departments of prominent skin and hair care product marketers has taught us what the obstacles are and how they can be overcome. Our efforts are guided by a strategic understanding of the needs and perspectives of the consumer . . . and they are always focused on efficiently achieving commercial success.
I started my carrier in the field of Herbal products. This included sourcing the best, extracting for its actives, compatibility with respect to stability, and incorporating in cosmetic and cosmocutical formulations. My exposure to this field has today enabled me to lay down a systematic product development procedure for skin care, hair care and personnel care range of products. Development work include Product formulation, product claim analysis, product specification, details of input, input specification, test procedures, stability study, pilot plant trial, manufacturing process and systematic documentation procedures with complete product profile. Today my area of focus is on development of easy living personnel hygiene and health care products.

On-site activities may include:
Audit of Quality Assurance (QA) programs of organizations involved in the manufacture and/or operation of the facility.
Review of specifications, procedures and specified standards utilized on site.
Monitoring the testing of materials.
Inspection, verification of any action undertaken during manufacture to establish the quality of a material.
Pre-shipment inspections before transportation.
Loading Supervision during transportation.
Monitoring the storage methods and preventive maintenance systems of plant equipment .
