Current Activities this Week:

Foundations: Area 4 Field Level – Foundations for “infill” area between Column Lines 39-1 are complete. Concrete Flatwork: Field Level - Cauldron club should pour Thursday 10/14 Bowl – Intermediate stairs should be complete this week.

Masonry: Area 1 – Field level masonry installation is ongoing in Area F, E, D and C. Area 2/3 – Concourse building masonry installation is ongoing. Masonry pilasters will begin 10/13 on the east side. Steel Erection: Area 4 – decking and stud install for “infill” area is ongoing (Sequence 3-3). Truss installation is complete, and now installing purlins. Area 2/3 – Steel joist and metal decking installation for concourse buildings is ongoing. Canopy decking installation is ongoing. Canopy gutter enclosure framing installation is ongoing. Roofing and Sheetmetal: Area 1 – Permanent roofing installation at West Building should be complete by end of wk. Area 2/3 – Canopy gutter installation will be complete by the end of wk.

Area 3 – Loading dock SOG.

Field Level Area 3 – Concrete slab-on grade prep is ongoing to column line 4.

Area 4 – All the large trusses are set.

Area 3 – Masonry walls on east side.

Field Level Area 3 – Masonry in Section D is ongoing.

Metal Stud Framing: Area 1 – Metal stud framing and sheetrock install for Field, Concourse, Suite and Press Levels are ongoing. Exterior metal stud framing and sheathing installation is ongoing at Field, Suite, and Press Levels. Area 2 –Metal studs at south corridor ongoing. Metal studs at concessions will begin 10/14 – 10/15. Glass: Area 1 - Curtainwall framing and glass installation is ongoing at West Building on west, south, east and north elevations. South “wing” framing is complete. Curtainwall framing on Suite and Press Level balconies is complete. Curtainwall framing at Field Side of Main Concourse is also complete. MEP Rough-in: Area 1 -Ductwork installation on Field, Main, Suite and Press Levels are ongoing. Plumbing rough-in is ongoing on Field, Mezz, Main, Suite and Press Levels. Fire Protection rough-in is ongoing at Field Level. Electrical rough-in is ongoing on Field, Mezz, Concourse, Suite and Press Levels. The main electrical gear is onsite, and the RTU units will be will set this week. Area 3 – Underground MEP rough-in is ongoing. Rough-in at Main Concourse CMU walls is ongoing. Elevators: S1 elevator is onsite and install is ongoing. F1 elevator to arrive onsite 10/13. Projected Activities occurring next Week:

Concrete Flatwork: Area 3 – Mezzanine concrete will be poured from grid 33 – 40. Area 3 and 4 Field Level – Installation of on-grade seating risers and intermediate stairs will continue.

Area 3 – Canopy decking on east side.

Area 1 – Install of playing field storm loop.

Area 1 – RTU’s and roofing on west building.

Structural Steel Erection: Area 4 – Decking of “infill” area should be complete and ready for MEP rough-in. Area 2 – Steel joist and metal decking installation for concourse buildings will continue. Canopy decking and canopy gutter enclosure framing installation will continue. Roofing and Sheetmetal: Prepping and field measuring for metal panels at suites. Metal Stud Framing: Area 1 – Metal stud framing and sheetrock install for Field, Concourse, Suite and Press Levels will continue. Exterior Framing and sheathing installation will continue. Area 2 – Field Level and Concession framing will continue. Glass: Area 1 – Curtain Framing and Glass installation around West Building will continue. Glass install will begin at Press Level balcony, Suite Level balcony, and Main Concourse west side elevation. North wing wall framing will begin next week as well. MEP Rough-in: MEP rough-in at Concourse, Suite and Press Levels will continue. Ductwork installation on Concourse, Suite, and Press Levels will continue. Fire Sprinkler installation will continue on the Field Level. Storm system plumbing install will continue at all levels. Elevators: Install of F1 and S1 will continue.

Area 2 – South Corridor Framing

Area 1 – Metal stud framing in the home locker room.
