You can login to ‘My Account’ and change/edit your information that may be visible to interested Buyers.

4. Creating Ads TipsYour Ad Region: Admarkt has released a NEW Ad location post Ad flow that allows you to post an Ad in a broader geographic region.

You can now Post a ‘Single Ad’ for Buyer Discovery: 1) across Canada (coming soon this summer), or 2) in a specific Province. or 3) continue to post Ads in a very specific local region (Toronto, Lethbridge).

This flexibility offers you the ability to post Ads for Kijiji Buyer discovery in the broadest regions you support.

4. Creating Ads TipsAd Category: Your Ad will be discovered by Kijiji Buyers when they search in the product category you specified in your Ad post.

You may post your Ad in both a primary and secondary (related) category to reach the broadest Buyer group, knowing your product must align to these ‘related categories’ and not be spam posts.

Ad Content: The most important part of your Ad is the content you provide to Buyers.

• Provide a clear Title description (approx 40 characters) of the product being promoted

• Don’t use ‘all-caps’ when adding content

• Be specific in your content to attract buyers using Browse & Search functionality on mobile/tablet & desktop platforms.

• Use multiple product photos, with a strong lead product image

• Provide a ‘call-to-action’ in your description to engage the Buyer • contact me, buy-now, visit our store, etc…

5. BudgetControlling your Ad’s Buyer visibility is key to selling your product.

Remember you are ‘Promoting your Ad-Listing’ with Admarkt

Admarkt offers sellers guaranteed Browse & Search page Ad-locations, and only charges the seller when a buyer clicks on the Ad (buyer-engagement).

Consider the amount you are willing to spend to sell your product. You may spend less but it will offer you a Budget guide.

5. Budget

Define Your Ad Budget: Set the total spend you will allocate to the product Ad you are posting. When or If this amount is reached this Ad will ‘pause’.

Define Your Ad CPC: Set the cost-per-click for the Ad. This will define the level of Ad visibility with Kijiji Buyers, placing your Ad closer to Page-1 the more competitive your spend.

‘Optional’ - Define Your Daily: You have the option to define the daily maximum budget spend for each Ad. This controls the per day spend for the Ad, within the total Ad budget you define (#1 above)

5. Budget TipsTotal Ad Budget:

If you are familiar with Kijiji’s fixed price Ad Features, such as 7-day and 30-day Top Ad that positions your Ad near the top of a results page over a fixed-time period… then Admarkt can extend this value over a long-time period.

• You will want to set an Ad Budget in Admarkt that defines the Ad spend value vs. sale value of the product being promoted in the Ad.

• The Ad Budget will be consumed with each click (CPC value) you receive from an interested buyer (buyer engagement).

• You only pay per buyer engagement (click).

• Ad Budget’s can be adjusted or changed at any time through the Admarkt console, and when an Ad is paused (removed from buyer visibility) the budget will no longer be consumed as no clicks from buyers will occur.

• The Advantage with Admarkt… The Ad Budget is not time bound, but rather related to each Ad, and will ensure the Ad you are promoting stays live with high Kijiji Buyer visibility.

5. Budget TipsCost-per-Click (CPC): If you are familiar with Kijiji’s fixed price Ad Features, such as Bump Up that move your Ad to the top of the organic listings (Page 1) for a short period of time… then Admarkt can extend this value over a long-time period.

• You will want to set your spend per buyer click (CPC) to to drive high awareness or visibility, and a greater response from Kijiji Buyers.

• A higher CPC vs. other seller’s Ads with the same targeting (category + location) will result in a higher Ad position (closer to or on Page 1) for your product within Kijiji’s results pages.
