OUR ADVICE TO BANKBank should provide an internet user id in both
language at time of opening account with asafeguard kit (Anti- hacking soft etc.)
All records related to the A/C should be send tocustomer weekly or monthly.
Bank should provide a MASTER or VISA card .
All update form should be available on net.For example: address change form, cheque
request form, credit card form etc.

ContAll facilities like online shopping, online
money transfer, statement of customeraccount, complaint form etc. should be
provided online.ATM should be multi-purpose so that customer
who hasnt computer can operate theiraccount from there.
Establish an ERP type of software to connectwith customer, employee, and its ownbranches ,if possible.
