This is the camera that we used in our film Still Here. It came in this case so that the camera would stay protected . It was light weight and easy to use with little instructions needed. However the only thing we struggled with was getting the camera to stabilize but that was due to our shaky hands. In my previous works I had only used flip cameras or my mobile phone so it was exciting for me to use this. To upload the footage onto the mac it was simple (we inserted the SD card into the mac). There was a spare battery included but we did not need this as our battery was fully charged however it was helpful just to be safe

MacThis is the mac that we used every lesson, either to use mahara to write a journal post or to edit our film in final cut pro. We also tried to make sounds on garage band but that didn’t work out how we hoped so we used the sounds provided. We were able to have easy access to all our work and it made it easier to upload our final finished film to YouTube . I do own a mac so found this helpful when starting to use it, we also used it in my GCSE’s so I found no trouble in using one.

TripodThis tripod was used throughout our film, it was rare that we didn’t use it it was only in the case that if we were doing an over the shoulder shot or if we were struggling for space and found that it was easier to hold. As all our group had used one before we were already acquainted and knew how to use all the features of moving the handle and tilting it. Our only real struggle with it was putting it back in the bag.
