Combiners

A wide range of RF & microwave adapters, both In Series and Between Series adapters from DC-50GHz. These include SMA, 3.5mm, 2.4mm, 2.92mm, N-type, 7/16, BNC, and TNC. These are available in male and female combinations, as well as panel and flange mount.

Ultra high performance, high reliability microwave and millimeter devices and subsystems. Products include Low Noise and Medium Power amplifiers up to 45GHz and power levels up to 150 Watts.

Our range of modular and rack mount amplifiers are available in frequencies up to 6GHz with power levels up to 1000 Watts.

A complete range of RF & microwave Fixed, Programmable and Step Attenuators.

Our fixed attenuators cover the frequency range DC-50GHz and power handling up to 1000 Watts. Many are also available with a low intermodulation option.

Our programmable attenuators offer a wide selection of solid-state, mechanical and edge line designs. These are available to a maximum attenuation level of 127dB in step sizes ranging from 0.1 to 10dB. Frequency ranges from DC-40GHz Manual step attenuators offer low SWR and accurate repeatability.

Beamformers are networks that perform vector manipulation of two or more inputs to produce two or more outputs which when fed to or from an antenna array represent coordinates in a three dimensional system.

They feature:- excellent loss, compact design, wide frequency range (10MHz – 18GHz) and excellent phase/amplitude accuracy.

Examples of beamforming networks include; Butler Matrix and Phase Arrays.

Bias Tees allow the insertion of DC voltages into a signal path without disrupting the existing signal in that path.

There are a number of model types available covering General Purpose, High Current, Broadband and Pulsed.

They are available in frequencies up to 50GHz, 50 and 75 Ohm and with multiple connector configurations.

High performance broadband flexible low loss 50 Ohm coaxial communications cable.

RF & microwave cable and cable assemblies in either 50 or 75 Ohm. Frequency ranges up to 60GHz.

Available cable types include semi-rigid, hand comformable and braided cables.

Sematron can supply combiners from 2 to 32 way, covering high and low power and both narrow or wideband for applications up to 50GHz.

These are available in a variety of connector configurations including BNC, SMA and N-type.

A wide range of RF & microwave connectors, both In Series and Between Series connectors from DC-50GHz. These include SMA, 3.5mm, 2.4mm, 2.92mm, N-type, 7/16, BNC, and TNC. These are available in male and female combinations.

Our range of quick connect waveguide joints allow for either securely made or speedy release. These are available in a range of waveguide sizes including WG14, WG15, WG17 and WG22.

Frequencies from DC-40GHz.

Miniature, Type C and terminated switches available. SPDT – SP12T switches with failsafe, latching, TTL and indicator options available.

Drop In, Coaxial and Waveguide circulators. Available in current commercial Telecom bands including, 3G and LTE. Waveguide circulators available up to 96GHz.

Our range of DC blocks are available in a variety of connector configurations, 50 and 75 ohm and frequencies up to 50GHz.

Our L-band units are available with 10MHz pass or block.

Custom units are also available.

Circular coils provide the most economical and consistent delay line package since they facilitate repeatable manufacture and test.

Key features of these delay lines include; Tolerances to 15 pico seconds, Low density PTFE dielectrics to maximise phase stability over temperature (-65 to 250°C).

Multiple coils and delays in one package and integrated flexible leads.

Our directional couplers cover the frequency range of DC-40GHz, with standard dB coupling values.

Octave and Broadband devices are available with powers levels up to 500 Watts average and 10KW peak.

Gain equalisers are passive microwave components that have an insertion loss characteristic that varies as a function of frequency.

Available from DC-40GHz, in both narrow or broadband. A range of connector options are available.

Standard connectors: SMA, 2.9mm, N-type, TNC, SMP and 2.4mm.

ST, SC, FC, LC are some of the connectors available as well as single and multi mode cables.

Tubular Band Pass Filters are designed for operation over the frequency range of 10MHz – 18GHz and can handle power up to 200 Watts and our LC filters utilise a low ripple Chebyshev design.

Cavity filters are designed to meet the most stringent requirements and our Ceramic Filters are available in standard coaxial or tape and reel packaging.

Waveguide filters are available in all waveguide sizes for both military and commercial applications.

Frequency Converters Sematron can supply frequency converters in the C, X, or Ku-bands

with an IF of 70/140MHz. These converters are frequency agile and operate over broad temperature range.

Frequency Discriminators

Digital Frequency Discriminators are available to cover the full 2–18GHz or specific bands.

Applications include radar warning receivers and sophisticated ECM and ESM receivers. As well as the broadband frequency coverage they also offer high resolution and accuracy, low power consumption, high data rates, short RF pulse capture and small package size.

FrequencyDoublers

A non-linear device that efficiently produces an output that is twice the frequency of the signal applied to its input.

We offer frequency doublers, multipliers, and quadruplers with input frequencies between 0.2 – 6GHz and output frequencies between 0.4–12GHz.

Frequency Multipliers

Active multipliers are often used in LO chains in radars and communication systems.

A wide variety of multiplications factors from x2 up to x12 provide design flexibility, ranging from a few GHz up to 140GHz.

Hybrids A hybrid is a four-port directional coupler with a -3dB coupling coefficient. It is theoretically matched at all four ports and has two ports where pair members are isolated from each other.

Both 90° & 180° Hybrids are available in coaxial and surface mount configurations. Frequency range up to 18GHz.

Drop In, Coaxial and Waveguide Isolators. Available in current commercial Telecom bands including, 3G and LTE. Waveguide Isolators available up to 96GHz.

Loads

Phase Shifters

Power DividersLoads and Terminations cover the DC-40GHz frequency range.

Power levels up to 1000 Watts (average) are available with conduction, and convection cooled.

A wide choice of connector types are available: SMA, N-type, 3.5mm, 2.4mm, 2.92mm.

Many standard medium and high power products terminations are available with a low intermodulation option.

Analog phase shifters provide a continuously variable phase shift or time delay. Available in frequency ranges DC–3, 7, 12.4 or 20GHz and power levels up to 200 Watts.

Digital phase shifters use a digital signal as the control element. The number of bits in the signal determines the number of steps in each phase change. We offer 4, 5 and 6 bit digital phase shifters up to 37GHz.

Power Dividers/Combiners cover up to 30GHz with configurations from 2 to16 Way.

Input power levels of 10 Watts are available with a variety of connector options.

Active power dividers/combiners are available over selected frequency ranges.

TerminationsTerminations and Loads cover the DC-40GHz frequency range.

Power levels up to 1000 Watts (average) are available with conduction, and convection cooled.

A wide choice of connector types are available: SMA, N-type, 3.5mm, 2.4mm, 2.92mm.

The Single sideband modulators provide modulation of only one output sideband The other output as well as the carrier, are cancelled internally using vector cancellation.

The quadraphase modulators accept two data inputs which phase modulate and RF signal with a relative four phase output of 0°, 90°, 180°, 270° degrees.

Noise Diodes & Sources

Noise Diodes are available in a selection of frequency bands up to 40GHz and are available in a variety of package styles.

Calibrated Noise sources are broadband devices, working up to 18GHz with ENR values up to 30dB.

Amplified models feature high output power and broadband frequency coverage.

Our Coaxial switches can cover up to 40GHz with a variety of options including failsafe, latching TTL and indicators.

Our Pin Diode switches are available in both absorbitive and reflective up to SP8T, covering frequencies to 20GHz.

Waveguide switches are available in all the standard bands (S, L, C, and Ku) as well as selected frequencies up to 40GHz.

Double Ridge and Dual switches are also available with a variety of options including weather proof, lockable and side connectors.

Synthesisers Our Microwave synthesisers deliver instrument-grade performance, increased functionality and efficient power consumption at a reduced size and cost.

Covering the frequency range of 0.1 to 20GHz , resolution of 0.001Hz, Phase Noise ; -116dBc/Hz @10KHz offset.

MixersAvailable in many industry standard surface mount, drop in and connectorised housings. Our mixer products cover the frequency range of 0.5MHz – 26GHz and are offered in both double or triple balanced configurations.

Open Circuits Open and Short Circuits available in frequency range DC-18GHz. SMA, N-type, 7/16 DIN, and Type F models are available. These products are perfect for test and measurement applications.

Phase Locked Dielectric Oscillators up to 32GHz with output powers of +14dBm. With external frequency references of 5, 10, 50 or 100MHz.

YIG oscillators from 2 -18GHz, and output power of 15dBm. Low profile unit covers the 2-10GHz range.

A full range of Atomic oscillators available including the CSAC. The chip scale atomic clock requires only 115mW of power and provides time accuracy two orders of magnitude better than OCXO’s and TCXO’s.

Rotary JointsWe can supply a range of rotary joints both in single and dual channels. These are available in both I & L type configurations and a variety of waveguide sizes including WG14 to WG17.

Splitters Splitters cover up to 30GHz wiith configurations from 2 to16 Way.

Input power levels of 10 Watts are available with a varity of connector options.

Active splitters are available over selected frequency ranges.

We offer a range of waveguide components including straights, bends, twists, adaptors, terminations and cross guided couplers.

These are available in all waveguide sizes including double ridge.
