Completing Your Profile Information

Once you log into your BusinessVibes account,you will see a column similar to this print screenImage on the left side.

This percentage indicates how complete your profile is.

In order to edit your profile and/or complete it, click on the words “Profile Status”

Click on “Expand all” to view all the blanks which you may fill to complete your profile.

These are the various headings for each section that make up your profile.

You may enter a short description of your company to give viewers/contacts a better understanding of what your company does.

Example: BusinessVibes is a B2B social networking site with more than 1.2 million members across 170+ countries.

You may select more than 1 industry.All industries selected will appear below.To delete an industry, click on the “x” button.

Making an announcement/news is optional. To restrict its visibility to certain users, companies, associations and/or industries, click on the padlock icon.

You may choose one or more countries from the drop down menu if your company operates on a multinational level.

To restrict its visibility of these information to specific users, companies, associations and/or industries, click on the padlock icon.

You may upload your company logo from your computer.

Example: BusinessVibes has recently launched a new feature called “Create Your Event” that enables users to create a website dedicated to their respective event(s).

By entering your contact information, your contacts and potential partners etc will be able to reach out to you.

You may upload reports, brochures, posters and any other documents that will help contacts and potential partners gain a better understanding of your company and the products/services you offer.

You may upload pictures of some of the products you offer.

Get the word out there! Let users know if you’re in need of buyers, suppliers, investors, distributors, etc. Potential buyers, suppliers, etc will contact you.

Are you looking for buyers, suppliers, distributors, etc. from a certain industry and/or geography?Specify your preferences/requirements here.

Are you looking for companies of a specific size range? Indicate here.

If you would like your activity on BusinessVibes to be shown as updates on your social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, etc) you may do so by entering the account type and URL.

By listing several keywords that are relevant to your company/business, users that seek for products/services/partners that are similar to yours will be able to see you as one of the options in their search results.

Users may write testimonials/reviews about your company, and the products, services, etc. that you sell

This is the link for your profile page on BusinessVibes. This link allows the public (users & non users of BusinessVibes) to view your profile information.

Once you have completed your profile, save it.

Examples of email domains: “hotmail.com” ; “gmail.com”For example, if your email address is inessa@businessvibes.com the email domain is “businessvibes.com”

Once you have entered your social media account URL, click “Update”
