User Account Creation

Step 1 Log in to MyFSU
Step 2 Click on the University Life tab

Step 3 Click on the OrgSync link under Student Leadership &
Activities

Step 4 Change the First Name, Last Name, and Email fields

Step 5 Scroll down to click Next
Step 6 Select Student or Advisor
Step 7 Read Privacy Disclaimer then select an option

Step 10 Click Organizations next to Ferris State University
Step 11 Type in “FSU” in the Search bar then Join “Ferris State
University”

On My Home page, click Join an Org button

Click Organizations next to Ferris State University

Search Options: Type Org in Search Box, By Letter, or Category

Enter in Password OR click Request to Join

On My Home page, click My Orgs then select org for which you are the
President or Advisor

Click Tools

Click Fill Out next to the Request for Administrator Status – RSO
Presidents/Advisors

Complete the form then click Finish

You will receive a message from our office on whether the Administrator
access has been approved.

Submitting RSO Update Form

Step 1
On My Home page, click My Orgs then select the org for which you are
submitting the RSO Update Form (ONLY the president can submit a form)

Click Settings (if you do not have the Settings tab – complete the Request
for Administrator Access form)

Click Renew Organization Profile

Fill in the information then click Next

Complete the required fields then click Finish

Advisors will receive a .pdf file and Presidents will be notified when form
is approved or denied.

Co-Curricular Transcript Creation

Click on My Tools then Co-Curricular
Step 2
Select Activities (if you do not have any activites, skip to Step #)

Select Add to Transcript next to the Activities to add to transcript (Skip
to Step 6)
o To make a New Entry, go to Step 4

To add a New Entry, click New Entry

Complete the New Entry form then click Submit
o When the New Entry is approved, it will show up in the Activities
page

Select Learning Outcomes then click Submit

Activities will show up under Review Co-Curricular Transcript

To add Involvement, click on Involvement

Click Add to Transcript next to the Involvement you would like to add
o Select Learning Outcomes
o Click Submit

Click Back to Co-Curricular Transcript

To download an Unofficial Copy, click Download Transcript .pdf

To request an Official Transcript, click My Orgs and select your org
