2. Company’s history.

The company Oxygravure is specialized in marking and signalling. It was created in 1978

on the site of Gemenos (13).

The Company quickly imposed itself in providing markings for important industrial

manufacturers among EUROCOPTER – IBM – MATRA – THALES – ALCATEL –

SCHLUMBERGER and obtained the following ratification:

O.T.A.N. F8421

EADS (European Aeronautic Defence and Space).

ISO 9000 : 2000 (Management systems of the quality - Guidelines for the improvement of

the performances).

ISO 9001 : 2008 (Management systems of the quality - Requirements).

EN 9100 : 2009 (Management system of the quality - Requirements and system quality -

Model for the quality assurance in conception, development, production, installation and

operation).

To face the steady request, in October 1991, the Gemenos site settled down on the Industrial Area

« Les Paluds » , in Aubagne (13) where our head office is.

1994 : To satisfy some news markets, the company purchases CNC machining centre for

the mechanical sector.

1995 : New evolution which allows an increase in capital and the conversion from LLC

(Limited Liability Company) (SARL) to PLC (Public Limited Company) (SA).

1998 : Decision to double the existing building (total surface 1500 m²). The capital

becomes FFr 1 751 220 (around 267 000 €) and the company invests in a non-stop silkscreen

printing press.

Attentive to any technological evolution and to continue provide majors actors of the industry,

Oxygravure develops his investment politics in every domain.

2000 : Further to a 30% turnover increase during the last 2 years, the Management sets

up a quality plan on 3 years in order to analyse the necessary needs for the integration of

this investment on technological, financial and human plans.

6

The levelling of the industrial tool is made thanks to a sustained effort within the

company on process and production organizations, as well as on diversification.

After a rigorous market study, the company Oxygravure decided to open a department

involved in backlighted front panels production for civilian or military Aircraft cockpits.

2002 : The company changes its statute and becomes an Simplified Stock Company (SAS)

with a capital of 310 500 €.

2005 :

A new CNC machine and a new CMS Pick & Place machine are purchased.

Creation of the company Oxygravure Holding with the participation of Serge De

Senti in the capital.

Thanks to the success of the backlighted front panel, the new direction of

Oxygravure decides to launch the activity of electronic equipments and lighting

systems. A research and development department is created.

Creation of the subsidiary Oxytronic (SAS), on July First, specialized in the design

and the production of on board electronic equipments.

2011 : The company acquires a new building to get bigger.

3.2. Activities and production.

We design and make electronic equipment.

Thanks to the experience of his general manager, Oxytronic specializes in civilian and/or military

aeronautics.

The main head teachers of the products which we can propose are :

The iCan System.

After 3 years of full production, Oxytronic decided to launch his first product from his research

department : the ICan system (Trademark). This system is an IFE (In Flight

Entertainment) system easily transposable in the maritime or domestic domain.

Oxytronic invites you to discover this system in its premises or on its stand at the

Salon du Bourget.

9

The iCan Touch.

In this photograph, you can see the iCan Touch, customized touch screen, part of iCan

system. (Customer : Eurocopter).

The iCan Screen7’.

In 2011, Oxytronic launched his last product result from his research and design department : the

iCan Screen7’.

The Screen absorbs vibrations to improve the vision in flight. It can mix up to 3 digital inputs (3

LVDS) and one analogical (VGA, SVideo and Composite) video. It

is also equipped with communication links like CAN bus,

Ethernet and USB. The iCan Screen 7 can also be furnished with

manual or motorized opening.

The iCan Moving Map 3D.

Other product launched in 2011, in partnership with Planet observer company and Vega

technologie company : the iCan moving map 3-D system. It’s a

geo-localization 3-D system completely customable. You can

see a 3-D scenery view of the ground movement in high

resolution. Communication with the ARINC BUS of the

aircraft. Complete interfacing with the iCan system (Views

piloting, flying parameter…). VGA output compatible with the

iCan Screen7’.

10

The iCan UC V2.

This is the central unit of the iCan. It contains the modules mounted on a backplane.

Basis, up to 7 different/same modules can be racked in the iCan UC.

The 7 modules are called the iCan Mix, the iCan Control, the iCan Dial,

the iCan iPod, the iCan Tip&Ring, the iCan I/O and the iCan PWM.

Oxytronic can design different modules in accordance with customer

needs. Here order is a description of the off the shelves cards

available. All modules are connected together by the CAN bus.

The iCan Splitter.

This product split 3 analog media inputs source to 10 digital LVDS outputs compatible xith the

iCan Screen 7".

The iCan Wireless Headset.

This product on Sennheiser S1 digital headset model provides the possibility to suppress the

physical link with the board without any performance loss.

The use of the ISM band at 2.4 GHz gives the ability to keep a

high fidelity audio transmission in the helicopter cabin’s harsh

environment.

The use of a new differential microphone gives an improved

rejection of the ambient noise during the intercom speech.

A bluetooth link is embedded into the base station, allowing

an easy connection with any mobil device.

11

The iCan Phone.

This product is defined by the combination of a base connected to the transmission

network of the helicopter and a cordless handset for HF connection of the telephone

conversation with the base.

The basic features are those of a telephone with a number of features

allowing fine tuning with the helicopter environment.

The backlit plates.

We can develop for you a wide variety of backlit surface plates, using either 28VDC, 5VDC,

5VAC. If you request it, these plates can be made NVIS

compatible.

The commutation Key Plates.

Our backlit plates can include and support the addition of commutation keys with integrated

indicators (commutator operation up to 5A). Consult us for

further information.
