of AL AMAL for Electrical Panel Boards in 1977 under License No: 142 of Ministry of Industry, as Manufacturer of Low Voltage Panel Boards.

The full range of Low Voltage Distribution Switchboards can be supplied in Both:
PTTA: Partially Type Tested Assemblies. TTA: Totally Type Tested Assemblies.
In compliance with IEC 439-1 Standards.

✓ Full Technical Quotations Including Detailed Component list (Description, Catalogues and Brand Name), Busbars (Size and Temperature Range), Enclosure
(Type, IP, Brand name, Mode of Installation).
✓ Full Technical Submittals Including Detailed Quotations, Shop Drawings (Layout, Power Diagrams, Control Diagrams), Catalogues.
✓ Full As Built Drawings Including all Technical Specifications, Drawings amended and finalized as per the supplied Switchboards, which provides Reliable Records for
Installation, Cabling, and future Maintenance or Expansion.
Each Switchboard is submitted to the following tests required by the international rules (IEC 439-1) in addition to several other important tests.
- Overall inspection (including Functional Test)
- Dielectric Test at 2500V.
- Checking protection measures and electrical continuity of the protection
circuits.

E. QUALITY CONTROL:
All Switchboards and Control panels manufactured at SETRAA AL-AMAL
MANUFACTURING CO. undergo a systematic process of inspection at each
stage of their production. Starting from receiving material, quality inspection, Testing and commissioning. Our Quality Control team will ensure that the finished products will satisfy our customer.
The quality check is applied at four levels:-
1) Visual Inspection.
2) Conformity with the design.
3) Labelling and Marking/ Identification.
4) Connection inspection and tightening.
5) Functional test / including insulation test (High Voltage). Attached is a sample of an “Inspection and Test Record”
