to its member through workshops and all employees will be furnished with

copy of policy.

Wages and Salaries- Salaries shall be in accordance with industries

standards, and structured to maintain a staff turnover within 10%.

Loyalty/Services- Employees shall receive additional benefits related to

length of services and attendance.

Efficiency- ENOS Luxury Coaches manager and his workers will meet each

week to discuss actual performance compared with plans. Objectives shall

be agreed annually for each employee and performance reviewed quarterly.
