Located on the ultimate beachfront in one of the world’s most desirable destinations, FIVE Palm Jumeirah Dubai offers 477 spacious guest rooms and suites as well as 222 residences, all with breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf. Distinction Group was approached by SKAI Holdings to provide the majority of furniture for the development and were specifically tasked with bringing Yabu Pushelberg and NAO Taniyama Associates innovative designs to life. Distinction Group worked closely with the developers to provide the hotel with a range of beautiful furnishings, casegoods, upholstery and outdoor furniture - Distinction supplied over 14,000 items in all for this highly successful project.

Situated within the historic Docklands, near the financial district, the Marriott is one of the best hotels in Canary Wharf. Distinction Group was approached by owner Yianis Group to supply the furniture for this refurbishment. A total of 301 rooms were furnished in a sumptuous contemporary style; this includes the Twin rooms, King rooms and the Suites. Distinction Group was the provider of a wide range of stunning furniture, including casegoods and upholstery- over 5,000 pieces in total.

Ideally placed in London’s iconic Leicester Square, the Hotel Indigo is just a stone’s throw from the world renowned National Portrait Gallery as well as Covent Garden. Hotel guests are even able to catch a glimpse of the film premieres on the streets below. Distinction Group worked closely with the owner, Criterion Capital in furnishing all 95 hotel rooms with headboards, wardrobes and mirrors among many other items. The end result is a stylish art deco interior, a truly glamorous reflection of the hotel’s theatrical surroundings.

Located in the historic Shakespearean town of Stratford-upon-Avon, this boutique hotel is in the vicinity of the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and Mary Ardens House. Distinction Group worked in collaboration with owner, Malmaison Hotels, in creating a bold interior depicting Stratford-upon-Avon’s harmonious blend of old and new. Distinction furnished 46 of the hotel bedrooms with an array of headboards, wardrobes, tables, chairs and mirrors; the result is a subtle contemporary decor with earthy colour accents.

The Radisson Blu, Old Mill Hotel, Belgrade is centrally located in Old Belgrade near the banks of the Sava River. It boasts 236 contemporary designed bedrooms and 14 impressive suites. Distinction Group worked with Graft, the leading hotel architects based in Germany and the USA, producing originally designed, comfortable seating in the form of armchairs, desk chairs for the bedrooms, conference suite chairs, as well as tables, rugs and lighting. The result is undoubtedly the most contemporary, creative new hotel in the region.

The Sofitel is the only Heathrow Airport hotel with direct access to Terminal 5. The Tea Salon complements the hotel’s two restaurants and two bars, providing the perfect quiet space for an informal meeting or break at Heathrow. Distinction Group worked closely with the owner, Arora Group, to create a relaxing environment for hotel residents and visitors alike to enjoy afternoon tea and light meals in comfort and style.

Aloft London Excel is a stunning hotel adjacent to The Excel exhibition centre in East London.

Distinction provided all the desk chairs for the 250 bedrooms and the suite furniture. Distinction also furnished the public areas with stylish seating and upholstery, as well as manufacturing the walnut furniture for the bar, restaurant and breakout areas.

This 5 Star Fraser Suites apartment hotel is located in the bustling city of Riyadh; a stunning building with a contemporary and stylish interior, making it a must-stay destination. Working with GM Architects in Beirut, Distinction Group was engaged to supply a full turn-key furnishing solution including case goods, upholstery, lighting, artwork, curtains and all soft furnishings. All furnishings for the project were custom manufactured to Distinction’s quality standards from original designs created by GM Architects.

Fraser Suites Queensgate houses 105 serviced apartments in a stunning Victorian building in the heart of South Kensington, London. The well-appointed rooms are designed for comfort and practicality. Distinction was awarded the contract to supply all FF&E items in all the apartments’ bedrooms, living rooms, and public areas.

Features 108 fully-furnished luxury serviced apartments with breath-taking Canary Wharf waterfront views, in the heart of London’s prestigious financial centre. The Elephant and Castle Partnership is one of Central London’s largest regeneration projects with an impressive investment of £3 billion. This project has delivered a new town centre to the area including new homes to rent and buy. Working with investors Delancey and Get Living London, Distinction designed and fully furnished 374 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments totaling over 1000 rooms. Distinction Group have provided all the furnishings, artwork, rugs and accessories, ready to impress the new generation of residents living in this state of the art development.

Distinction Group was responsible for the design and manufacturing as well as carrying out the entire installation for this project.

East Village London is the neighbourhood that was designed for the London 2012 Olympians. Now converted to residential apartments, Distinction was awarded a large contract to supply over 2200 free standing wardrobes, using high quality lacquer and laminate finishes for the spacious apartment bedrooms.
